Your account details (name, email address, optional profile photo), the trading data you enter yourself (accounts, trades, notes, chart images, certificates), and your preferences such as timezone, currency and theme. Payment details are handled by our payment provider — we never see or store your card number.
Solely to run the service: to show you your own journal and statistics, generate your performance cards, manage your subscription, and keep your account secure. We do not sell your data and we do not use your trading data for advertising.
Only you. Your records are isolated per account at the database level. Support staff can only look into your account when you explicitly enable support access in your preferences, and you can withdraw it at any time.
We use Supabase for hosting, database storage and authentication, Stripe for payment processing, and Lovable for application hosting. These providers process data only on our instructions and only to the extent needed to deliver the service. We also pull publicly available economic calendar data from ForexFactory's public feed, which involves no personal data.
We keep your data for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, your trades, notes and uploaded images are removed, except where we must keep billing records to comply with tax law.
Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can object to certain processing. Contact us through the app and we will respond within one month.
We use only the storage strictly needed to keep you signed in and remember your interface preferences. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
If this policy changes materially, we will announce it in the app before the change takes effect.
